Continuing AI Native Practice: Moving Toward Stage 8
I recently took another look at how I work. The biggest change is that I now hand complete tasks to a coordinator. It organizes other agents and moves the work forward, while I gradually step away from watching every window one by one. This follows my August article on AI Native practice.
